Busy Philipps spent years struggling with undiagnosed ADHD.
“As young person in school it certainly affected my schoolwork and attention… and as I got older my ADHD, which I didn’t know was ADHD, presented in a different way. And that was I always felt this sort of low-grade low self-esteem, low-grade depression and anxiety that I was missing something, that other people were able to handle things that for me seemed insurmountable,” Philipps says.
