Kristen Bell Joins Wellness Platform “Hers” As A Mental Health Ambassador

Kristen Bell has joined health and wellness platform Hers as the company’s first Mental Health Ambassador.

Beginning today, The Good Place actor will appear in two spots for the brand that encourage conversations for those struggling with anxiety and depression to explore treatment options.

Bell, along with her husband Dax Shepard, has been outspoken for some time about the importance of destigmatizing mental health. She's among a rising tide of Hollywood talent who are using their influence to elevate conversation and action. Selena Gomez co-founded the mental fitness venture Wondermind last year and more recently shared the story of her struggles in Apple TV+ documentary My Mind & Me, and Jonah Hill spotlights his therapist Phil Stutz’s approach to brain health in the new NetflixNFLX +0.4% doc Stutz. Black Mafia Family actor Da’Vinchi will launch a tour of historic Black colleges and universities later this year to share his mental health journey…
