Anne Wintroub

Anne Wintroub is a social impact leader with global expertise across corporate, philanthropic and non-profit sectors. A catalyst for people, collaborations and ideas, she has extensive experience building and leading teams, designing strategy and inspiring people to action.

 

Anne is the Head of Social Impact and Engagement at lululemon. She launched and leads the lululemon Centre for Social Impact, dedicated to advancing equity in wellbeing, and activates the retail leader’s global workforce to connect with lululemon’s ambitious impact agenda.

 

In 2021, Anne founded UPSIDE, a social impact studio that maximizes impact for partners across the corporate, foundation and non-profit sectors. Anne previously led social innovation for AT&T, specializing in workforce development, education and ed-tech. Her non-profit expertise was developed over ten years as a leader in public broadcasting and public library organizations.
