Kelle Rozell
Named one of Forbes 50 Most Entrepreneurial CMOs in 2022, Kelle Rozell has over 20 years of marketing experience. Throughout her career, Kelle has established herself as a seasoned marketer and storyteller, creating award winning campaigns for companies such as ABC News, A&E TV, truTV (Turner Broadcasting), and VICELAND (Vice Media).
In the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder, Kelle and a team of other Black professionals launched the Black Dollar Index (BDI), a Black consumer advocacy platform that sits at the intersection of economic and racial justice, holding corporations accountable for their pledges to Black America by scoring their efforts across critical factors. BDI was born out of a personal commitment to create a more equitable relationship between industry and community.
In order to strengthen her advocacy experience, Kelle spent time as the Chief Marketing & Storytelling Officer with racial justice organization Color Of Change, building narrative power for racial justice, creating tools to hold corporations accountable, and elevating Black voices and communities.
Today, Kelle consults brands at the intersection of culture and social impact and continues to evolve the Black Dollar Index. Kelle is a Cleveland native turned New Yorker, who lives in BedStuy, Brooklyn. When Kelle is not working, she enjoys connecting with her family and friends, listening to a good R&B playlist, and playing golf.
