Brianna Cayo Cotter

Brianna Cayo Cotter is Senior Vice President of Social Impact for MTV Entertainment Studios (MTVES) & Paramount Media Networks, overseeing high impact, multi-platform campaigns to engage viewers on important social issues such as mental health, civic action, and social justice. The campaigns she has overseen at MTVES have won 25 Shorty Impact Awards including “Brand of the Year,” Two Webby Awards and 11 Anthem Awards.

 

Prior to joining the MTV Entertainment Group, Cayo Cotter founded and led the global communications team at Change.org, the leading global social action platform. She also later pioneered a new global partnerships program at Change.org, where she constantly searched for opportunities to share stories of social change throughout culture. Throughout her career, Cayo Cotter has led high-impact and award-winning national campaigns to turn-out youth voters at Energy Action Coalition and expand paid family leave for millions of people at PL+US.
