Lenore Moritz is founder of momentum, which integrates coaching and mindfulness to help leaders, individuals, and teams create a new pathway that aligns the head, the heart, and the wallet for today’s business environment.

Lenore is certified as a Coach and as a Meditation + Mindfulness teacher, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also trained in Restorative Yoga and Reiki. 

Lenore’s career as a communications executive includes roles at some of the largest global entertainment and media companies, including NBCUniversal, Viacom, UTA (United Talent Agency), and Time Inc. Earlier in her career she was a senior leader at the communications agency DKC. She also founded Mom Culture, which gave parents their culture fix through accessible live arts+entertainment events.

Lenore is a Vanderbilt University grad living in NYC with her partner and two kids.
